Quadro FlexSift Receives Recognition as an Innovator in Sifter Technology

The Quadro® FlexSift received recognition as an Innovator in Sifter technology at the Process Innovation Prize 2010 Competition held during the Industrial Processing Exhibition in Utrecht, The Netherlands. In addition, Quadro’s Regional Partner, Jongerius B.V. won the Industrial Processing Marketing Award.

 

The Quadro® FlexSift security screens, delumps, and discharges, all without the need for a product feeder, thereby allowing for higher capacities and better product flow than large conventional sifters. The FlexSift is safe and simple to disassemble, and has a minimal number of parts, enabling easier clean-up, quicker screen maintenance and minimal down-time. The FlexSift’s compact, light and vibration-free design enables it to be readily coupled with most bulk bag unloaders and mixer dischargers making space and support frame requirements minor when compared to conventional sifters. The FlexSift operates with low noise, less power and minimal maintenance, and virtually eliminates any unwanted size reduction and agglomeration that is typical with traditional sifters. The Quadro® FlexSift features flush ground welds as a minimum standard for easier and better cleanability, and can be customized to suit many applications.
